Duevia for small fleets

Stay ahead of vehicle and driver document expiries

Small fleets often have renewal dates spread across vehicle files, insurance emails, calendars and spreadsheets. Duevia keeps important vehicle and driver documents and standalone due dates in one place, so upcoming renewals are easier to see before they become urgent.

One register for the dates behind the fleet

  • Vehicle insurance renewals
  • MOT / roadworthiness dates
  • Vehicle registration or permit renewal dates
  • Driver licence or professional-card expiry dates
  • Fleet or operator permit dates where relevant
  • Inspection, service or calibration dates that need a reminder
  • Supplier or subcontractor insurance and certificate dates where relevant
  • Other vehicle or driver documents with an expiry date

Duevia records the dates you enter or confirm; it does not calculate statutory requirements for you.

Duevia focuses on documents, renewal dates and reminders only. It does not do route planning, mileage or fuel tracking, and it is not a vehicle maintenance system.

Fleet paperwork is easy to spread across too many places

Every vehicle and driver differs

Each vehicle has its own insurance, roadworthiness and permit dates, and each driver has their own licence or card expiry. Once you have more than a handful of either, the combined list of dates is larger than any one person can hold in their head.

Provider notices are not a control system

Insurers, leasing companies and testing centres send their own notices, to whichever address happens to be on file. Those messages land in different inboxes at different times and are easy to archive, so they cannot serve as your register of what is due.

Some dates have no file

A booked inspection, an internal check or a service interval may need action before any paperwork is issued. Without a way to record a date on its own, those items simply never get tracked.

How Duevia helps

  1. 1

    Add the record

Upload the document you already hold — an insurance certificate, test record or permit — or create a standalone due-date item when there is no file to upload, such as a booked inspection or an internal check.

  2. 2

    Confirm the date

Review the due or expiry date and the details before saving. For uploaded documents, Duevia can suggest the title, issuer, reference number, issue date and expiry date for you to confirm. AI-assisted extraction applies only when a document is uploaded.

  3. 3

    Get the reminder

Email and in-app reminders bring the vehicle or driver item forward ahead of its confirmed date. Items can be linked to people and assets, and assigned owners and categories are available on the plans that include them.

Common questions

Duevia helps organise business records and reminders. It does not determine your legal obligations, verify certificates, guarantee compliance or replace professional advice.
