This preview describes how Duevia is designed to handle your information.
What we store
The documents you upload, the details you confirm about them (title, dates, issuer, reference number), the people and assets you link them to, and the account details of the users you invite.
Why we store it
To show your document library, calculate expiry status, and send reminders to the responsible person before a document expires. We do not sell your data or use your documents for advertising.
Who can see your documents
Only the users you invite to your workspace, limited by the role you give them: Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer. Every change is recorded in the document activity log.
How long we keep it
Documents remain available while your workspace is active. When you delete a document it is removed from your library, and archived versions are deleted with it. Deleting your account removes your workspace data.
Security
Files are stored encrypted at rest and transferred over encrypted connections. Access requires a signed-in account, and two-factor authentication is available for added protection.
