A plain-English summary of the agreement between your business and Duevia.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and dates you enter, and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Invite only people who should see your business documents.
Reminders are a support, not a guarantee
Duevia sends reminders based on the expiry dates you confirm. It remains your responsibility to complete renewals and to keep your legal and insurance obligations up to date.
Acceptable use
Use Duevia for your own business records. Do not upload content you have no right to store, and do not attempt to access another workspace.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can change plan or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times and will give notice of planned maintenance where possible.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will let account owners know by email before the change takes effect.
