Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and dates you enter, and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Invite only people who should see your business documents.

Reminders are a support, not a guarantee

Duevia sends reminders based on the due or expiry dates you enter or confirm. It remains your responsibility to complete renewals and to keep your legal and insurance obligations up to date.

AI-assisted document reading

Documents are processed by an AI service only when you choose the AI extraction option for that document. Suggested details are saved only after you confirm them, and you remain responsible for checking that the saved details are correct. Duevia does not use your document or the extracted information for advertising, profiling or automated decisions about you.

Acceptable use

Use Duevia for your own business records.

Do not upload documents containing highly sensitive information, including financial account or card numbers, government-issued identification numbers, health or medical information, biometric data, passwords, authentication credentials, private keys, or other similarly sensitive information that is not necessary for the intended use of Duevia.

Do not upload content you have no right to store, and do not attempt to access another workspace.

Your records and your data

The documents, due-date records and details you add remain yours. We process them to provide Duevia to you and on your instructions. Where applicable, business customers may contact us regarding data-processing terms.

Intellectual property

Duevia, including its software, website, design, branding, interface and related materials, is owned by the Aegean Astraea brand or used under applicable licence and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Your subscription or use of Duevia gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account remains authorised. It does not transfer ownership of Duevia or any intellectual-property rights in the service to you.

You retain ownership of the documents, information and other content you upload to Duevia. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit Duevia or its underlying software except where expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.

Billing

Paid Duevia subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the price shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes and VAT, receipts and related billing services.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available from your Duevia account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally end access before the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any rights available to you under applicable law.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times and will give notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Duevia at any time. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing portal available from your Duevia account. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation prevents future renewal charges and access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

We may suspend or restrict access to Duevia where reasonably necessary because of a material or repeated breach of these terms, misuse of the service, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, a significant security risk, non-payment, or a legal or regulatory requirement.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspending or terminating access. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or to comply with law.

Termination or suspension does not affect rights and obligations that arose before it took effect. Personal data and stored records following account closure or termination are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

Provider

Duevia is a software service operated under the Aegean Astraea brand from Cyprus.
